- 250g of smoked or marinated salmon cubes
- 4 to 6 tablespoons of Crit d’Or caramelised sesame seeds
- Optional: 30 ml. soya sauce
A surprising appetizer, delicious and very fast to prepare!
Coat cubes of smoked or marinated salmon in caramelised sesame seeds. Place them on a plate and they are ready to eat!
To add an Asian touch, place a small bowl with soya sauce on the side, so that your guests can dip the salmon dices in the soya sauce.
